FOXTRON BRIA：Electric Passenger Car Designed for the Global Market

FOXTRON (Foxtron Vehicle Technologies) has officially announced the BRIA as the first passenger car to be sold under the FOXTRON brand. The BRIA is more than just a new product launch; it represents a significant milestone for Taiwan’s industry—the creation of an electric vehicle originating from Taiwan and designed for the global market.

BRIA is a product of the collective expertise of FOXTRON and its international partners. Led by a Taiwanese team, it leverages local ICT (Information and Communication Technology) advantages, integrating the American team's expertise in chassis and platform development with the design aesthetics of Italy’s Pininfarina. Guided by Detroit-based industry veteran Kip Ewing, who brings 38 years of experience as an engineering consultant, the vehicle is designed to meet global standards and the expectations of international consumers — an achievement already recognized by Japanese partners.

Three Keywords Defining the Design Philosophy: Timeless, Aerodynamic, Emotional

The BRIA features a 'minimalist' exterior design, complemented by highly recognizable dynamic LED light bars that perform a welcome sequence as the driver approaches, creating an emotional connection. To achieve the desired blend of sophisticated aesthetics and peak aerodynamic efficiency, the team drew inspiration from supercars, implementing an S-Duct design. This creates dedicated airflow channels at the front, significantly enhancing aerodynamic performance while projecting a dynamic look. The cabin utilizes extensive soft-touch materials and features hidden electronically controlled air vents to minimize visual clutter. Ambient lighting and an integrated fragrance system allow for personalized settings, balancing beauty with utility. The cockpit is equipped with a 15.6-inch horizontal IVI screen and a 9.2-inch full LCD instrument cluster; the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, while essential physical buttons are retained to ensure driving safety. The engineering team developed a proprietary centralized thermal management system that unifies the temperature control of the battery, motor, and cabin. This ensures operational efficiency and comfort in extreme environments ranging from -35°C to +50°C. The BRIA boasts a class-leading torsional stiffness of 44,000 N-m/° and achieves an optimal Euro Car Body LWI (Light Weight Index). The vehicle utilizes a self-developed VMC (Vehicle Motion Control) 'dynamic brain' to coordinate braking, steering, and power systems, delivering a seamless and responsive driving experience.
